Figure Flaw: Full Legs and Thighs

Suit Fix: A tankini with a printed top and solid-colored bottom will help to keep the focus on your upper half, where you want it most. Swimwear designer Shoshanna Gruss says, "Look for bright pop colors like neon pink, orange and green." And if you’re feeling extra confident, try a plunging V-neckline. Drawing attention to the skin on your neck, chest and shoulders is the easiest way to balance out a pear-shaped frame.

Stay Away From: Skirted suits and boy shorts that look like they’ll give you more coverage, but usually cut across the widest part of your leg and accentuate a heavier lower half.
